Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Netherlands consumer confidence increases again' - The confidence level of industry remained high in September, and close to the highest level in 15 years. Netherlands Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS) shows the same picture. Producer's confidence in September stayed at 7.9% which is close to the highest level in years. Also consumer confidence increased again and is at the same high level it was in 2001. People's readiness to buy increased.

Central Bureau of Statistics: 'Analysis September 2006: Economic Climate undiminished positive' - Fifteen indicators of the Economic Climate Clock are deep in the Economic Boom Quadrant. Although the spread of the indicators over the diverse quadrants hardly changed, September showed a few improvements in comparison to the end of August. These improvements mainly have to do with gross national product and consumer confidence.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Stronger belief in Cabinet' - Confidence in Cabinet Balkenende is increasing. Thirty-eight per cent of the population is said to have a lot of confidence in the government. This level is back to the high levels of 2002.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Economic Affairs starts website to give more insight to wandering consumer and quality marks' - Consumers appreciate quality marks. Now the Minister of Economic Affairs wants to help clarify what they mean with an informative website.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Province of Gelderland wants to have rule-free opportunity zones. Innovation in health care now too restricted by bureaucracy' - Gelderland is proposing a three-year experiment with rule-free opportunity zones. Six concrete projects are selected, which normally would not make it in the over regulated health care innovation.

Creating national invincibility

Groups of experts in Yogic Flying are engaged in creating coherent national consciousness in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, Hamsa (Hungary), and an increasing number of other nations, which are enjoying a dramatic and sustained upsurge in positive economic and social trends.

Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for the Netherlands, reports that 400 Yogic Flyers have been assembled at MERU, the Netherlands, since 12 April 2006.

Extensive research published in the world's leading scientific journals has found that the group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Yogic Flying by the square root of one per cent of a population is sufficient to reduce negative trends, including crime and violence, and to promote positive economic and social tendencies throughout society.

The cost to train and employ such a group is a small fraction of what any government spends on its military in a single day.

Maharishi's approach to invincibility is in sharp contrast to the conventional military approach. 'Our approach does not require the government to sacrifice the youth for the sake of the nation—because when the youth are killed in war, then for whom is the nation?' Maharishi said.
