Today is the 16th day of the sixth month of Dutch national consciousness rising to invincibility, as indicated by the following press reports:

27 September 2006

Trouw: 'The Netherlands back on economic top. The Netherlands is back on top of the most competing countries. Thanks to a stable macro-economic policy' - This report shows the highest ranking nations in the World Economic Forum. After disappearing from the list a few years ago, Holland came back last year as number eleven, and this year it has gained ninth place. Holland's higher ranking is a result of many economic breakthroughs including the lowering of the deficit, increased investments in education, and increased investments the infrastructure.

Trouw: 'Dutch traffic has 'remarkably' become much safer' - Netherlands' rate of decrease in the number of traffic fatalities is seventh out of 27 European countries. This is all the more remarkable since Holland already had one of the lowest number of fatalities per capita of any European nation, only second to the tiny nation of Malta.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Market for real estate remains good' - The real estate market will not fall. Thanks to the higher spending and the increased consumer confidence, the high-rent shopfronts are affordable to businesses. The shortage of houses for rent or for sale supports housing prices, and the demand for office space remains strong.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Record investment in new knowledge institute' - The Dutch government invests € 150 million in a new knowledge institute for molecular medicine. This is the highest contribution ever to a public/private project.

Het Financieele Dagblad: 'Rotterdam considered for first Muslim hospital' - It is going to be an efficient and compact hospital of 15,000 square metres, with an emphasis on polyclinic(a clinic treating diseases of many sorts)and outpatient treatments. The Muslim background and values will be given special consideration.

Het Financieele Dagblad: Bulgaria and Rumania are being considered as EU members starting 1 January 2007 - Their progress towards fulfilling the admission criteria has been considerable, according to the Chairman of the Commission Jose Barrosso.

Creating national invincibility

Groups of experts in Yogic Flying are engaged in creating coherent national consciousness in the Netherlands, United States, Canada, Hamsa (Hungary), and an increasing number of other nations, which are enjoying a dramatic and sustained upsurge in positive economic and social trends.

Dr Paul Gelderloos, Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace for the Netherlands, reports that 400 Yogic Flyers have been assembled at MERU, the Netherlands, since 12 April 2006.

Extensive research published in the world's leading scientific journals has found that the group practice of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme Yogic Flying by the square root of one per cent of a population is sufficient to reduce negative trends, including crime and violence, and to promote positive economic and social tendencies throughout society.

The cost to train and employ such a group is a small fraction of what any government spends on its military in a single day.

Maharishi's approach to invincibility is in sharp contrast to the conventional military approach. 'Our approach does not require the government to sacrifice the youth for the sake of the nation—because when the youth are killed in war, then for whom is the nation?' Maharishi said.

The harmony and progress of the human race are founded on the internal harmony and progress of every individual. No stress, no strain, no impediment, no difficulty can withstand the totally benign influence of the enlivenment of the Unified Field of Natural Law, the field of Transcendental Consciousness, the field of pure knowledge, through Maharishi's Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme.
