His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi spoke to the world press on 21 June, saying that what is unfolding right now is the 'supreme level of evolvement of life on earth'.

Maharishi asked to be excused from answering questions, as 'my success has put me on a level where I have no time to talk to anyone. I am busy in laying out an administrative policy for every country to have a few hundred people create invincibility for their nation. So there is no more time to talk about the principles. Principles ... have been established, have been verified by scientific research all these years.'

Maharishi said that it is about two months since practitioners of Yogic Flying in Holland have been creating an intensive effect of coherence and positivity in the Dutch national consciousness, and this has inspired Yogic Flyers in neighbouring nations to follow the example of Holland.

'The whole galactic universe governed by one total Natural Law, the Will of God—that will be witnessed in every country. After some time, nobody would know what negativity means. Positivity will be a natural, normal state of life. Success will be a natural, normal state of every action. And success will belong to every field of knowledge, because knowledge will be complete. Vedic knowledge will be complete in the awareness of everyone.'

Creating such an effect requires establishing a group of a few hundred of people in a nation. The formula confirmed by scientific research, is the square root of one per cent of a nation's population. Maharishi is organizing with all the nations of the world—simultaneously—to create this effect in every country. Maharishi spends long hours every day giving his support to making invincible national life a reality. Land is being purchased, buildings are being built, people are gathering to 'fly together'.

A completely new time is dawning, Maharishi predicted, a golden time for the whole human race. 'We are on a wave of bliss,' he said.
