Lynch launches foundation for world peace

On 20 July 2005 ContactMusic.com reported: Today director David Lynch is launching a fund which will support the creation of groups of 8,000 who will practise Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's Transcendental Meditation technique in order to alleviate negativity and suffering and bring peace to the world. In addition, the David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education and World Peace, which Lynch expects will have raised seven billion dollars within the next 12 months, will provide improved education to students around the globe.
