On 14 March 2023 CNN reported: Here's why we care about pi and its day of celebration, which is March 14. Pi is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter, or approximately 3.14. Pi Day occurs on March 14, because the date is written as 3/14 in the United States. Global Good News service views this news as a sign of rising positivity in the field of science, documenting the growth of life-supporting, evolutionary trends.
