New York sets 2035 zero-emission passenger car goal

On 10 September 2021 Reuters reported: New York Governor Kathy Hochul on Wednesday [8 September] signed into law a bill that sets a goal for all new passenger cars and light-duty trucks to be zero-emission models by 2035, joining the state of California in attempting to eliminate gasoline-powered vehicles.
