Media reports feature Transcendental Meditation as antidote to workplace stress
David Lynch Foundation Translate This Article
15 August 2014
Workplace stress has become the ''black plague'' of the twenty-first century, according to medical researchers, because modern medicine offers little to actually prevent or cure stress. As a result, there is more and more interest among business professionals in the Transcendental Meditation technique as a nonpharmacological antidote to stress in the workplace.
News media have been featuring this trend, as seen in a number of recent press articles:
∙ Bloomberg Business: ''I react to volatile markets much more calmly now'' ∙ CNN: ''Wall Street says 'Om' '' ∙ Manhattan Magazine: ''Transcendental Inspiration'' ∙ Forbes: ''To Become Wealthier, Do What You Do Best'' ∙ GQ Magazine: ''The Totally Stressed-Out Man's Guide to Meditation''
