Graduates of Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems training course describe diverse benefits

Graduates of a recent Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems training course held in MERU, Holland described their own experiences of benefits resulting from this technology, which is an aspect of Maharishi Ayur-Veda health care.

The seventeen participants, who attended the course from nine countries around the world, had the opportunity to speak at their graduation ceremony on 14 April.

'I absolutely love this treatment,' a graduate from Australia said. 'During the treatment itself, it's always just enjoyable, deeply restful, with many varying experiences. But what I have really noticed are changes after the treatment,' she said.

Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems helped heal a hip injury, she continued, and she has now had no pain in the injured area for many months. 'It really strengthens even the concrete structure of the physiology,' she said, as well as increasing her joy and happiness in life.

Several participants described how Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems supports and enhances their practice of Transcendental Meditation and the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.


People who do not practice the Transcendental Meditation Programme also have profound experiences with Maharishi Light Therapy with Gems, administrators said.
