Maharishi College of Perfect Health to be established in India, US, United Arab Emirates

Pioneering efforts are now underway to establish Maharishi College of Perfect Health in North America at Maharishi University of Management, in India, and in the Middle East in the United Arab Emirates. This requires contributions from all three parts of the world in order for the College to be established in any one of them.

From India comes the support of the vast Ayurvedic expertise in the light of holistic Ayur-Veda, revived by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi; from the United States the knowledge of modern medicine; and from the UAE in its role as one of 'the most enterprising and pioneering areas of the world in the field of health', commented Raja Peter Warburton, Raja (Administrator) of Invincible United Arab Emirates, recently on the Maharishi Channel.*

'Health [care] is changing very fast,' Raja Peter said. 'Ten years ago in the West and throughout the world, the direction of development was all in terms of modern scientific medicine.

'Now there is a rapidly growing interest in traditional systems of medicine. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi spent a significant amount of time in the last twenty years developing a system of medicine that was complete—which took the best of everything available . . . from all traditions: from modern medicine, from traditional systems of medicine, and from Maharishi Ayur-Veda, Maharishi's Vedic Approach to Health.'

In this context, Raja Peter explained, with the leading doctors in the Ministry of Health of the Global Country of World Peace, and in consultation with Maharaja Adhiraj Rajaraam,** discoverer of Veda and Vedic Literature in human physiology, Maharishi developed a programme for establishing the Maharishi College of Perfect Health, an institution that will offer this totally integrated approach to health.
