Rick Levy, a guitarist, songwriter, music director, and manager, is also North Florida Coordinator for the David Lynch Foundation for Consciousness-Based Education, spearheaded by the legendary filmmaker.

Rick comments on his experience of Transcendental Meditation (TM) on the www.TM.org/blog. He says that he has 'been doing Transcendental Meditation since 1972; just turned 60; still tour playing rock 'n roll, and a grandad', and does yoga five times a week.

'Transcendental Meditation is the underlying stability and infinite space that lays the groundwork for all the relative accomplishments,' Rick says.

James Bray, MD, also comments that he has 'been a TMer since '75. For too many reasons to mention, there is nothing better!!'
