Plans for Maharishi Ayur-Veda hospitals in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Speaking 3 August 2008 on Maharishi Global Family Chat, Dr Paul Gelderloos, National Director of Invincible Netherlands for the Global Country of World Peace, reported further developments of a plan for the proposed building of three Maharishi Ayur-Veda hospitals in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Of the three hospitals, one will be for men, one for ladies, and one for the members of Royal families, Dr Gelderloos said, in accordance with the custom in the Arab world.
With only one floor each, the buildings will be very extensive, requiring a minimum of two hectares each. 'Ideally we will have four to six hectares for each of the three plots,' said Dr Gelderloos. Since the ocean isn't aligned properly according to Vastu principles, Dr Gelderloos and his team have discussed the possibility of locating the building site further inland, on desert land. 'An unusual location for the hospitals may prove beneficial for us,' explained Dr Gelderloos, since it will likely attract the attention of those who would help ensure the success of the project.
According to Maharishi's plan, the hospitals will not only serve those who are ill, but will provide care to middle-aged and older people seeking to maintain their good health. With this idea in mind, Dr Gelderloos hopes also to build a village surrounding the hospitals, with capacity for 1,000 residents.
'Although the project is not quite yet a reality,' said Dr Gelderloos, 'we are overjoyed to be presented this opportunity in Dubai.' He has recently contacted some consultants in Holland who specialize in hospital planning and construction. 'With such urgent need for these hospitals in Dubai, we have every hope that they will be established soon.'
