Positive support for Maharishi Ayur Veda products in New Zealand
by Global Good News staff writer

1 August 2007
Legislation pending in New Zealand which would have resulted in restricted certification and sale of all herbal products, has been suspended due to nationwide opposition. Despite positive scientific research on the wide-ranging health benefits of Maharishi Ayur-Veda products, and their growing popularity in the market, governments have been slow to appreciate the enormous potential of this time-tested, natural system of health care.
Dr Graeme Lodge, National Leader and Founder of Invincibility for the Global Country of World Peace in New Zealand, views the halting of this legislation as highly significant for the continuing promotion of Maharishi Ayur Veda products. He attributes this outcome to the growing coherence and positivity that New Zealand enjoys due to the large number of its citizens practising the Transcendental Meditation and TM Sidhi Programme.
