Global Country of World Peace celebrates US invincibility on its Independence Day

Independence Day—the Fourth of July—in the United States was celebrated Saturday by the leaders of the Global Country of World Peace, assembled in MERU, Holland.

Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country, commented on America's Independence Day during the first evening session of the global Guru Purnima Assembly.

After welcoming Assembly participants from around the world to MERU, Dr Morris said, 'It is a great joy on this occasion to also reflect that the beginning of our Assembly this year happens to fall on July 4th, which is Independence Day in the United States, when the country was born, in the spirit of gaining ''life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness'' (words from the American Declaration of Independence, dated July 4 1776).

'And now under its Raja, the invincible Raja of Invincible America*, with its Invincible America Assembly, founded by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, with 800 Vedic Pandits and 2,000 practising Yogic Flying together, the country is beginning to fulfil the dreams of its founders on this day in 1776,' Dr Morris said.

'This is the supreme gift of His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to America, that he brought from his Master Guru Dev**. So it is a joy to congratulate America on its birthday today, and to revel in the fact that America has its group for invincibility, which is now going to expand and expand,' he concluded.
