Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture--providing invincible protection for the farmer and his farm

During a recent Global Press Conference on Agriculture, Dr Bevan Morris, Prime Minister of the Global Country, reported that the Global Country now owns 820 acres of organic agricultural land north of New York City, which will be used for growing Maharishi Vedic Organic fruits and vegetables. During the press conference, held at the Global Financial Capital of New York, Dr Morris also said that on that land a Maharishi College of Vedic Agriculture (MCVA) will be built to train existing and future farmers in the principles and practice of Vedic Organic Agriculture.

With this knowledge, the farmer will 'rise to Vedic consciousness, to enlightenment,' Dr Morris said, 'and thereby enjoy Krishi Kavach, a Vedic expression meaning complete invincible protection of the farming by the farmer; in addition, how the farmer can have anything that he desires for his farm, by the mere gentle impulse of desire. Nature will respond to provide all that is needed for the farmer.'

Dr Morris said that students at the College of Vedic Organic Agriculture will learn about the power of Vedic sounds to nourish the plant and make it grow in its ability to raise the quality of collective consciousness of society to a very enlightened level, just on the basis of eating food that is full of the vitality of the laws of nature themselves.

Vedic Organic Agriculture means organic agriculture with something added, Dr Morris said. 'Vedic Organic Agriculture is the knowledge of how to connect the farm and farming to all the cycles of time, and the cycles in the movements in the cosmic bodies. This is the knowledge Maharishi Mahesh Yogi has brought back in our age from the ancient Vedic tradition.'

'There is a whole Shastra, a set of Vedic texts, on the field of farming or Krishi,' said Dr Morris. 'Krishi Shastra is the field of Vedic Farming available in America and other countries for the first time thanks to Maharishi's introduction of Maharishi's Vedic Organic Agriculture.'
