The Serbian Organic Fund of the Global Country of World Peace has now been formally registered in Serbia.
The Serbian Organic Fund is contacting local Serbian farmers who produce organic food. They plan to work with the farmers to sell organic food domestically and abroad. Meetings are already under way to establish quantities, prices, and dynamics of delivery. By summer the Fund anticipates having their own labels for wheat, white corn, soy, oat, and sunflower seeds for distribution to Serbian health food stores.
In addition, last week the Vice President of the Serbian Organic Fund visited Budapest—the largest organic market in Middle Europe—and organic farms in the area, with a view to developing the organic market not only in the capital city, but in the whole of the country.
