The article features students at Maharishi School in West Lancashire, England, speaking freely about their experiences with the Transcendental Meditation Technique and its good effects in many areas of their lives—from deep relaxation to more creativity.
A student who enjoys dance noticed that her choreography and poetry writing have improved since she has been practising the technique.
Another young woman said that as she continued her regular twice-daily practice, 'I could feel it—like good things are happening, things fall into place, and I'm more creative. I can think better. I'm more aware of everything, and I can make decisions better.'
