Father Gabriel Mejia to found Consciousness-Based Education school in Colombia

A Consciousness-Based Education school, founded by Father Gabriel Mejia, will soon be built in Medellin, Colombia, and will welcome up to 1,500 students from the city.
Father Mejia has established 52 shelters for homeless children and youth offenders in Colombia and throughout Latin America, where residents practise the Transcendental Meditation Programme; but this will be the first school he has founded. It will also be the first Consciousness-Based Education institution in the city of Medellin.
The school in Medellin will be built according to principles of Maharishi Vastu (Vedic architecture). Permanent invincibility for Colombia will be achieved when all 1,500 students learn the advanced Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying, and begin practising together, in addition to the 500 already practising the technique at Father Mejia's rehabilitation centres.
Judging by the long history of Father Mejia's great success in his work, leaders of the Transcendental Meditation Programme believe this will be the first of many new Consciousness-Based Education schools to be established by him throughout the continent.
