Latin American countries move forward with Consciousness-Based Education, Vastu construction

Four Latin American countries and Puerto Rico are moving ahead on projects in Consciousness-Based Education and the construction of communities and schools designed according to Vastu principles of Vedic architecture.

In Venezuela, on 5 November 2010 construction began on the Maharishi Tower of Invincibility and two adjacent Maharishi Invincibility Schools. In addition, a Maharishi Invincibility Centre* has recently opened in the capital city, Caracas.

In Uruguay, development of a Maharishi Peace Colony** is underway, as well as projects in Maharishi Vedic Organic Agriculture.

In Colombia, a Consciousness-Based Education university is being established in collaboration with the indigenous Kogi tribe. The institution will incorporate traditional Kogi values in addition to Maharishi's Vedic Science.

In Brazil, the first Maharishi Peace Palace for traditional peoples of the Amazon will soon be constructed. The structure will have facilities for twice-daily practice of Yogic Flying by a group large enough to create invincible peace and progress for the entire nation.

In Puerto Rico, a private school has recently implemented Consciousness-Based Education—the first institution there to do so.
