The purpose of these courses is to develop 'international citizens' who understand and appreciate the cultures and traditions of nations around the world. Students prefer this approach to studying abroad, since it enables them to travel and study as a group with their friends. They also enjoy continuing with their group practice of the Transcendental Meditation and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, including Yogic Flying.
