Please click on the following link to read more about 'New student organization in the USA'. The article features the recently-launched Students Transcendental Meditation Association (STMA).
The Students Transcendental Meditation Association is opening clubs on college campuses across America, bringing students a broad range of opportunities for creative expression, holistic development of their full potential, freedom from stress and anxiety, and confidence in a bright future.
The association's new website, studentmeditation.org, describes STMA as a growing network of students on college campuses nationwide. Among many programmes, the clubs will provide a resource for information about David Lynch Foundation internship opportunities in the US and abroad, offering 'leadership training, networking skills, and other practical tools students need to transform the world'.
The website also describes how, through STMA programmes, members can look forward to graduating from college 'prepared to step into their role as thought leaders in a changing world', with the confidence that they can 'not only succeed, but fully enjoy every moment—thanks to the inner strength they have gained by developing their consciousness' through the Transcendental Meditation Programme.
