Poland: Secondary schools explore implementing Transcendental Meditation

The Global Country of World Peace in Poland is going forward with Consciousness-Based Education initiatives, beginning with the introduction of the Transcendental Meditation Programme among students and administrators in some of the nation's secondary schools.

Speaking on 11 July 2009, Raja Willem Meijles, Raja of Invincible Poland for the Global Country of World Peace, reported on upcoming meetings with government officials in one of the large cities, to discuss implementing Transcendental Meditation in its secondary schools. 'Quite a lot of schools have already shown concrete interest in Consciousness-Based Education,' said Raja Willem, 'and the city government, as well as the David Lynch Foundation, have already stepped forward to offer support.'

The first stage of the project, he continued, will be for a group of about 10 to 20 school principals to learn Transcendental Meditation. Next, the plan will be for as many pupils as possible in the city's schools to learn the technique—'hopefully enough to create a solid basis for national invincibility,' said Raja Willem. The third phase, which it is hoped will be achieved by the end of 2010, will be to offer instruction in Yogic Flying to all the students practising the TM Programme, so as to establish invincibility for Poland.

Raja Willem added that, in addition to the secondary school project, he has pursued contacts with universities in two other large cities that have expressed interest in researching Transcendental Meditation and brain development.
