Latin America: Webinar to promote success of Consciousness-Based Education programmes

To help promote the consolidation of Consciousness-Based Education programmes across the continent, the Global Country of World Peace in Latin America is planning a webinar, to take place in the coming month. The webinar will review the experiences of each country with Consciousness-Based Education programmes and put forward possibilities for achieving greater success and productivity for Latin American schools.

'We hope to develop the ideal programme for introducing Consciousness-Based Education—especially student Yogic Flying groups—so as to maximize the effect of invincibility for each nation, the continent, and even the world,' said Raja Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja of Invincible Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, on 16 June 2009. Raja Luis said that they would review all of the programmes that have been introduced so far, to make them even more successful.

Participating in the webinar will be hundreds of school principals, university leaders, and members of the recently established Latin American Association of Educators. 'It is important to note that all of these educators have realized the profound value of what they are doing by adopting Maharishi Mahesh Yogi's programmes within schools,' commented Raja Luis.

The principal aim of the webinar, he continued, is to plan for the simultaneous introduction of a newly improved Consciousness-Based Education programme within each institution—those which are already existing, as well as Invincibility Schools, soon to be established in conjunction with Maharishi Towers of Invincibility in many Latin American nations.

'We hope that this webinar will result in a major step forward for the consolidation of Consciousness-Based Education programmes,' said Raja Luis. The number of students that will be practising Yogic Flying simultaneously—an estimated 8,000, increasing towards 10,000—will create an impact of coherence, peace, and harmony of global proportions, he said.
