Transcendental Meditation and Consciousness-Based Education in Moldova, Macedonia

Moldova is seeing rising interest in Consciousness-Based Education, while in Macedonia people are beginning to learn the Transcendental Meditation Programme.

The expansion of Maharishi's programmes in these countries was recently announced by Raja Dean Dodrill, Raja of Invincible Moldova and Invincible Macedonia for the Global Country of World Peace.

Moldova
Dr Ashley Deans, Ambassador of the Global Country of World Peace for Consciousness-Based Education, and Executive Director of Maharishi School of the Age of Enlightenment in Iowa, USA, visited Moldova a couple of months ago as part of his European Consciousness-Based Education tour, Raja Dean said. Dr Deans met with a number of government and education officials.

After Dr Deans' tour the National Director of the Global Country of World Peace for Moldova also met with one of the government education officials. This official was so impressed by what he heard in these two meetings, that he has now made information about Transcendental Meditation available on their official website for schools.

There are now four schools interested in Consciousness-Based Education, Raja Deans said.

Macedonia
In Macedonia, activity is just beginning, Raja Dean said, and several people have learned Transcendental Meditation in the last couple of months.
