Latin America: Students raising Mexico to invincibility

This year, 158 schools in 19 Latin American countries have offered Consciousness-Based Education and the Transcendental Meditation Technique to their students.

This announcement was made recently by Raja Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja of Invincible Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace.

The number of students now practising Transcendental Meditation has reached 61,000, and 14,000 are practising Yogic Flying, thereby creating a powerful influence of coherence, harmony, and invincibility for their nations, Raja Luis said.

He presented news from six countries: Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Bolivia. Leaders of the programmes in some of these countries also spoke about the success of Consciousness-Based Education in the schools and the deep appreciation of the students, teachers, and parents for this programme.

In Mexico 1,000 students have learned Transcendental Meditation and 300 have learned Yogic Flying. By January, 1,000 students will have become Yogic Flyers—which is the number necessary to create national invincibility, Raja Luis said.

One of the Administrators of the Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Programme, which includes Yogic Flying, commented that the programme has been a great experience for the teachers, parents, and students alike. The students are laughing and full of happiness—and are becoming all-nourishing through this programme. It has been very uplifting to teach them, he said.

Raja Luis expressed his appreciation and congratulations to all the dedicated leaders, Teachers of Transcendental Meditation, and Transcendental Meditation Sidhi Administrators who are creating an unshakable basis of invincibility in Ecuador.
