Major Brazilian television programme features Dr David Lynch presenting knowledge of enlightenment and world peace

Speaking 9 August 2008, Dr Jose Luis Alvarez, Raja (Administrator) of Invincible Latin America for the Global Country of World Peace, gave updates on the Brazilian tour by Dr David Lynch, renowned filmmaker, artist, and pioneer for Invincibility, along with singer-songwriter Donovan Leitch, and Dr Robert Roth, National Director of Expansion for the Global Country of World Peace in the United States.

On the fourth day of the tour, Dr Lynch gave a one-hour interview on a primetime Brazilian television programme. Said Dr Roth, 'In all my 35 years of working with the press for Maharishi's worldwide Transcendental Meditation Programme, I've never seen or heard a better presentation of the Transcendental Meditation Technique than Dr Lynch gave today.' He continued, 'It was absolutely profound and comprehensive, covering an introduction of Transcendental Meditation, the benefits, scientific research, the Unified Field, enlightenment and full human potential, and Maharishi's programmes to create world peace.'

Said Raja Luis, 'This was a very important interview with seven top journalists. The programme is watched by 98 million people.' Dr Lynch joked that he wished he hadn't known how important it was going to be. 'But the interviewers were very intelligent and respectful. They asked excellent questions.'

Media reports throughout the tour promoting Maharishi's programmes have been completely positive, said Raja Luis. 'Its been a tidal wave of invincibility and Total Knowledge for Brazil.' Dr Roth summed it up by saying, 'Something very, very, very remarkable is happening in Brazil.'
