The programs and diplomas being offered by the Maharishi Schools in Zurich and in Basel, Switzerland

Our Maharishi schools are Swiss private schools, and offer secondary education like any other secondary or middle school preparing young people and adults for the Swiss Matura.

In addition, our private schools intend to offer the International Baccalaureate organization's programs and diplomas as soon as possible.

The Maharishi Schools will be offering the IBO International Baccalaureate Diploma program and Middle Years program to children and young people from Switzerland or from the international community. With these programs and diplomas our students will be admitted to colleges and universities or technical universities to continue their education.

We also prepare adults for the Swiss federal Matura (equivalent to the German Abitur).

The Basel school starts with 8th grade and the Zurich school with the 9th grade. In the 10th school year we will offer adults' preparation for the Matura examination.

Whether in a boarding school or a day school, the students are cared for by qualified teachers in all aspects of the daily routine; they also do their homework at school. We lay great emphasis on allowing students to learn easily, effortlessly, and without stress.

The Maharishi International School is an institution of the highest quality, where young people learn in a playful and joyful way and prepare for their final examinations without the usual pressure and stress.

Study of the Science of Creative Intelligence and the practice of Transcendental Meditation by both students and faculty is the basis of the integrated and holistic education at Maharishi International School.
