Maharishi Central University in Macedonia and Albania

In a recent Global Family Chat, broadcast around the world on the Maharishi Channel, Dr Chris Crowell, Minister of Religion, Culture, and Language of the Global Country of World Peace reported on the government presentations made recently in Macedonia and Albania for establishing Maharishi Central University for Europe.

Dr Crowell began by expressing his appreciation for being able to be connected to Maharishi's Global Family Chat. Being connected together to this discussion of Maharishi's undertaking to create Heaven on Earth, Dr Crowell said, it is 'extremely nourishing that one can participate, day after day, hearing the great success and achievements as Total Knowledge is being brought out into our world family.'

Already we are establishing Maharishi Central University in the centre points of the United States and India, for 16,000 and 40,000 students, Dr Crowell said, and now we are looking for the ideal site to have a campus—the first campus of Maharishi Central University in Europe—for 2,500 students from around the world to create enlightenment for the individual, invincibility for all of the nations in Europe, and world peace.

Dr Crowell has been giving proposals to the governments of Macedonia and Albania, which describe the project and programmes of the Global Country of World Peace to provide practical scientific knowledge of the Unified Field of Natural Law to awaken the creative genius of every student. He showed the 139-page booklet they have been using in their presentations, which offers to create the campus in their country and let them be the first to taste this fruit of invincibility in their nation. It was explained to them in a very simple way that this was an opportunity to enjoy the highest level of excellence in education, and something even more—to have education for enlightenment, education for invincibility.

'We're happy with these countries because they are centrally located in Europe,' Dr Crowell said. 'They offer a beautiful environment, and also the economy is such that the costs are not as high as other countries in Europe.' They have received some very nice letters of support for the project from the government officials they approached.

Dr Crowell showed slides of beautiful forest land they have selected for the campus, where the buildings will face East to a lake, and which is at the junction point of three countries, Macedonia, Albania, and Greece.

They have also made a special proposal to the government that Albania be the host for the Parliament of Invincible Nations for World Peace. This Parliament will host delegates from the leadership of the 192 countries in the world to rise to invincibility together, gain the knowledge Total Knowledge offered by Maharishi Central University of Europe, and really enjoy creating affluence and peace in our world family, Dr Crowell said.

Dr Eike Hartmann, Minister of Architecture of the Global Country of World Peace, has created the design for a beautiful monument of invincibility, a floating natural parliament hall surrounded by fountains and coloured lights, something which will really be the pride of the nation. Albania is a country that has been quite closed from the rest of the world, and is now emerging into the world family.

Dr Crowell said that this was a beautiful proposal to make on behalf of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi and the Global Country of World Peace—that Albania could host this parliament for all countries to come together. We proposed to them that now we would call it not Al-bania, but All-bania, All-inclusive, nourishing to all nations.

Dr Crowell's showed pictures of the campus plan in which the long buildings facing the lake will be connected to the water by Swiss cable cars—to be organized by Dr Felix Kaegi, Raja (Administrator) of Switzerland—and then on the lake, actual floating classrooms, luxury boats, will take the students or course participants out onto the lake to enjoy the beautiful natural environment floating on the waves of Total Knowledge.

Dr Crowell said that this campus will be 'in a very natural setting where one doesn't hear anything except a few birds or a squirrel. It's extremely profoundly silent. It is a wonderful location for having the experience of self-referral consciousness, diving deep into the Self, and experiencing that full value of consciousness, the light of God within one Self. That will be the great joy of 2,500 students there at Maharishi Central University campus and for all of the delegates that come to grow in Total Knowledge in the Parliament of Invincible Nations of World Peace.'

Their presentation to the government highlighted all of the institutions and achievements of the worldwide Transcendental Meditation organization, the scientific research that has been done, the universities and schools throughout the world, the clinics, everything about the organization was laid out in this section of the book. Then, following this, they presented the curriculum of Total Knowledge that Maharishi Central University will present to the students.

'We offered to them the 12 Faculties of Maharishi Central University,' Dr Crowell said, 'which are all based in the discovery of the Unified Field of Natural Law through all the different disciplines of modern science. Our plans to crown national consciousness of every country are based on this knowledge of Unified Field. We outlined these in detail in the fields of health, education, agriculture, architecture, administration, trade and commerce, science and technology, law and order, religion and culture, politics and economy, defence, and communications.

'We explained to them that this is the ground for invincibility,' said Dr Crowell. 'Only by taking recourse to Total Knowledge, only by being established in this field of Unity could one really have mastery over all of creation, and therefore have problem-free administration—administration on a par with the government of Nature, which functions from the Unified Field to create the harmony and infinite diversity of the Universe.'
