Reporting recently on behalf of Dr Harris Kaplan, Raja (Administrator) of the Global Country of World Peace for Canada, Dr William Overall said there had been a number of positive developments in education and invincible administration in Canada as a result of the inspiration and leadership of Dr Neil Paterson, and Dr Clarence Cormier, leaders of the Global Country of World Peace in Canada.

'Our focus continues to be creating invincibility for Canada,' said Dr Overall, 'and it is a joy to announce that this week, on the Island of World Peace, off the coast of Nova Scotia, where the first rays of the sun shine on North America, we have completed the installation of the transmission tower and radio equipment for Maharishi Global Radio Station, which has successfully broadcast to the mainland from the island. The technicians are now completing the link up to the satellite, so we look forward to commencing to broadcast the sounds of Natural Law [Vedic Recitation] around the world in the coming days.

Dr Overall also reported that land has been leased in Montreal, Quebec, to develop a Maharishi Vedic Organic farm, which will grow vegetables and have 500 apple trees. This fall the infrastructure will be built for harvesting the crops and preparing the land for next year. Research is being done to make a successful plan for the farm in 2008, and for making this maximally life-supporting food available to the whole population.

In Vancouver, British Columbia, one school has decided to implement Consciousness-Based Education for their 50 students, and funding is now available to proceed immediately. Teachers of the Transcendental Meditation Programme have met with the school administrators to work out the details for teaching both students and faculty.
