During the 36th annual celebration of Maharishi University of Management (MUM) Founder's Day on 12 September 2007, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi gave a beautiful address to those assembled at the MUM campus in Fairfield, Iowa, USA, and at the International Capital of the Global Country of World Peace in MERU Holland. 'Today is the day of the flow of bliss,' Maharishi said.

Dr Benjamin Feldman, Minister of Finance and Planning of the Global Country of World Peace, introduced the celebration by explaining that 'We are celebrating the birth of Rajaship. Rajaship is the blessing of Guru Dev [Maharishi's spiritual teacher] that has been bestowed by Maharishi on the world, through the knowledge, through the training and the technique that brings the Total Administration of Natural Law to the awareness of the administrator of society.

Dr Feldman said that we are also celebrating the supreme gift of knowledge, Guru Dev's blessings bestowed by Maharishi for these 50 years around the world.

As part of his address to MUM, which was broadcast live via the Maharishi Channel and the Internet, Maharishi honoured Dr Harris Kaplan, Raja (Administrator) of India and Canada for the Global Country of World Peace, for the great achievements of his Domain.

'Today is the day of the flow of bliss, the supreme celebration of the destiny of mankind from a place of self-referral Constitution of the Universe, from where the destiny of everyone is always guided in the direction of evolution,' Maharishi said.

Maharishi remarked that it was the birthday of Dr Harris Kaplan as well as the birth of Vedic Education (at MUM). 'It is Raja Harris's birthday and the birthday of the education—Vedic Education university in the United States, so many years ago. The fortune of the day is upheld by Saraswati [the Vedic impulse of intelligence for Total Knowledge and education].'

Maharishi praised Dr Kaplan, saying it was a joy to express that 'The Vedic Pandits have started—under the quiet inspiration of the Raja of India—24 hour Puja [Vedic ceremony of gratitude] to Guru Dev from sunrise to sunset, day after day, day after day around the globe.

'Again I would say ''What a wonderful time to witness that everyone born on earth, every day is blessed with the Puja to Guru Dev''. . . . In the reign of Maharaja Nader Raam, in the reign of the Raja of India, Vedic Pandits are performing Puja to Guru Dev, bringing supreme blessings to everyone that is born on earth around the globe, day after day, day after day.

'One is known by what one does,' Maharishi continued. 'And this is the doing of the quietly functioning Raja of India, Dr Harris. . . . The Vedic Pandits of India, from the reign of the Raja of India, are bringing the supreme blessings of the Divine, the supreme blessings of the Constitution of the Universe, the supreme blessing of the Veda.

'We know Raja Harris from what he has instituted in his reign. It's very beautiful to express this. All the birthdays of all the people for millennia to come will be receiving the supreme blessings of the Raja of India, Dr Harris, through the Vedic Pandits performing Puja to Guru Dev, from morning to morning, day after day, year after year, for millennia of years for all times.

'One is known for what he does. This is . . . the doing of Raja Harris, the Raja of India, who has been blessed by the Maharaja of the Global Country of World Peace, Maharaja Nader Raam. The celebration of the Raja of India, the blessed Raja Harris, the celebration opened with the open door of Kuber—infinite wealth, prosperity, invincibility for every sovereign nation.

'Raja of India, live long to bless the millennia of the human race with Puja to Guru Dev. Jai Guru Dev.'
