You're a Hero: Songs for Children

Ann Purcell has released her new music CD, You're a Hero: Songs for Children that incorporates many profound and uplifting principles in songs that children and adults find themselves listening to many times.

Author of The Journey of Enlightenment, and a teacher of Transcendental Meditation for much of her adult life, Ms Purcell embodies the pinnacle of thought and deeds in her sincere wish to better the human condition and in her effective achievements to raise the quality of life everywhere.

Ms Purcell says, 'I learned many new principles to help guide my life after I began to practice the TM technique as taught by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. In his lectures, Maharishi referred to numerous profound principles—including 'Peace begins within', 'Go for the highest', 'What you see you become', 'Life is here to enjoy', 'Truth alone triumphs' and many more.' Putting these and other valuable sayings to music, Ms Purcell says, 'they are basic universal truths that every child should grow up learning.'
