The Album features five courses to train Teachers of the Transcendental Meditation Programme that were held around the world in recent months, with 50 new graduates from 16 countries returning to bring its many benefits including reduced stress, improved health and brain functioning, increased creativity and clarity of mind, and better relationships to the people of their nations.
In addition, 20 participants from 8 countries are currently in training on two courses in Thailand, which will conclude in April 2011.
