Please click on the following link to read more about 'Bringing higher consciousness to business'.
The article is by Arthur 'Bud' Liebler, president of Liebler Group, a communications strategy consulting firm in Detroit. Mr Leibler has spent over 40 years in the Public Relations / Marketing / Communications field, including over 20 years at Chrysler and DaimlerChrysler Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
Analyzing reasons for his business success, Mr Liebler gives great credit to the Transcendental Meditation Technique, which 'enabled me to cut through the stress, sort out the truly meaningful from the painfully trivial, and make decisions that were true to the bottom line and to my own personal ethics and values'.
From this perspective he also considers the experiences of current business students at Maharishi University of Management in Fairfield, Iowa, USA—including those in the Accounting Professionals MBA Program—where 'consciousness . . . is at the root of all learning', and the Consciousness-Based Education programme includes Transcendental Meditation.
'While studying traditional business subjects—finance, accounting, computer sciences, etc.—MUM students also systematically cultivate their inner potential through the twice-daily practice of the TM technique, ultimately enabling them to expand their creativity and ability to relate to others in a positive and productive way,' Mr Liebler says—all traits that make MUM graduates highly sought-after by leading companies.
