On 22 June 2005 newindiapress.com reported:
Real estate developer Jeffrey S. Abramson's plan to erect the world's largest office building that meets the Vedic standards of architecture is gaining international recognition. Newindiapress.com said Abramson, a partner in Tower Companies, a Washington DC area development company, intends to build a 'spiritually fulfilling and healthful' workplace with the help of Vastu Shastra.
It is a joy for Global Good News service to feature this news, which indicates the success of the life-supporting programmes Maharishi has designed to bring
fulfilment to the field of business.
The article noted that the science of Vedic Architecture is promoted by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, founder of the Transcendental Meditation Programme.
Not only will the 72 million dollar office complex be the first in the US to be constructed on the basis of Vedic Architecture, it will also comply with environmental standards set up by the US Green Building Council.
The article quoted the company's brochure to promote the building as saying, 'All measurements of Tower II, interior and exterior, are proportionally designed to mirror the geometry, or architecture, of the universe.'
The brochure also says that the main entrance will face East, a central component of Vedic Architecture that allows a structure 'to capture the early morning sun for the greatest benefits of health and the vitality of the occupants'.
Every day Global Good News documents the rise of a better quality of life dawning in the world and highlights the need for introducing Natural Law based—Total
Knowledge based—programmes to bring the support of Nature to every individual, raise the quality of life of every society, and create a lasting state of world peace.
