Colonel Günther Chassé, a former officer of the German Armed Forces, recently toured Germany with Professor Dr Eckhart Stein, a German quantum physicist who is a Raja (Administrator) of the Global Country of World Peace, presenting to the public and the press a disarmingly simple, effective, and inexpensive means to bring invincibility to the nation.

'With just a few cents a month per family, we will be able to maintain a group of Yogic Flyers who will continuously generate an integrated consciousness, harmony, and unity in the collective consciousness' and bring invincibility to the nation, Colonel Chassé said.

They spoke in several major cities including Hanover, Lübeck, Berlin, and Erfurt, and their message was well received.

After the presentation in Erfurt, several articles came out about the invincibility programme in the local press, including one entitled 'World Peace for a Budget Price'. Colonel Chassé presented a translation of the article:

Maybe one day when peace and happiness prevail around the globe, people will remember that day when the programme for invincibility and world peace was offered in Erfurt. Maharishi World Peace Trust explained yesterday how it will work.

In Erfurt yesterday it was dull and rainy, and a day where anything but a positive mood was in the air. In contrast, inside the Maharishi Invincibility Centre, the atmosphere was homey. This is where one wanted to be. On the wall was [a photo of] the founder of the Transcendental Meditation Movement, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, next to statistics and tabulations outlining the formula for world peace.

Peace will prevail when all nations are invincible. In Germany 1,800 Yogic Flyers practising the technology of Transcendental Meditation and Yogic Flying twice daily will be sufficient, Günther Chassé explained. He was formerly a Lt. Colonel in the Armed Forces—now he is betting on the 12.5 million families of Germany. 'If each family contributes [50 cents] every month to our Trust, we can establish a group of Yogic Flyers. They can earn €3,000 per month.' This is his simple calculation, and at the same time he is also presenting a profitable job for young people. 'This is less costly than police and military and saves millions in tax money,' he said.

'We have scientific proof that crime will decrease', said Dr Eckhart Stein. The quantum physicist explained the Unified Field of Natural Law which is the basis of the effectiveness of Yogic Flying. He presented numbers and formulas which will bring us all closer to world peace. . . .

Then Yogic Flying was demonstrated. Two Maharishi followers hopped, seated in lotus, through the meditation room—a sight different than expected. . . . Seeing this hopping was more effective than statistics, scientific research, and high-ranking proponents.

Maybe in some future time, people really will remember this rainy day in Erfurt—though whether or not here, yesterday, the beginning of world peace and harmony was heralded, remains a question.

Colonel Chassé presented more news and articles from the local press about the initiative for invincibility, which will be featured in Part II of this series.
