Polish busmaker Solaris has received a large order from Milan, where the city's transport operator ATM has signed a contract with an option for 80 electric buses. The first 30 are set to arrive by mid-2019. ...Whilst Milan operates trolley buses as well and has a longstanding relationship with Solaris, the new electric buses will run through the old town powered by their 45 kWh batteries.
