UK: 'Ayurveda for Everyone' offers world class speakers and health fair - London, 1-2 April

'Ayurveda for Everyone', a health fair and full programme of speakers, is being offered to the public this weekend in London. The event is taking place alongside the Second International Ayurveda Congress on Saturday and Sunday, 1-2 April. These programmes are being hosted by Maharishi Foundation in the UK.

The Congress will bring together the largest gathering of experts in Ayurvedic medicine outside of India. The Congress will be attended by His Excellency, Shripad Yesso Naik, Minister of AYUSH, Government of India, and other health leaders from around the world.

At the Health Fair, experts in Ayurveda, the timeless science of natural medicine, will share simple health secrets with the public, such as how to enjoy deep refreshing sleep, banish anxiety and depression, and keep the heart healthy — as well as raise healthy children, overcome joint and back pain, and balance hormones.

Exhibitors include leading Ayurvedic institutions and producers of authentic Ayurvedic products and medicines. They will be offering expert advice, sample treatments, skin care and beauty products, and information about health spas, Vedic Architecture, and meditation for all.
