Gabrielle Bernstein, a New York Times best-selling author, describes her happy introduction to the Transcendental Meditation technique and explains why she recommends it to everyone. She includes a short video interview with TM teacher Bob Roth, Executive Director of the David Lynch Foundation, who facilitated her instruction.

After attending the four-day course of instruction in Transcendental Meditation, Ms Bernstein invited Bob Roth, executive director of the David Lynch Foundation for a short interview. The David Lynch Foundation has been dedicated to bringing TM to at-risk people since 2005.

Ms Bernsteirn cites several studies of the well-researched benefits of regular practise of TM including a study published in the journal Circulation, finding that TM lowers blood pressure and the risk of heart attack and stroke.
