On 14 April 2016 Reuters reported: Syrian asylum seeker Alaa Kassab can't believe her luck. Four months after arriving in Germany, the 23-year-old English instructor has joined a programme that gives refugee teachers German lessons and qualifies them to work in German schools. Some politicians argue the record influx could help alleviate a labour shortage caused partly by the ageing of the population, but many newcomers lack the training and language skills that Europe's largest economy needs. Global Good News service views this news as a sign of rising positivity in the fields of education and government, documenting the growth of life-supporting, evolutionary trends.
